Randall Ross began working at a small firm as an Actuarial Analyst in August 1990. He became a Senior Property and Casualty Consulting Actuary in 2005.
In 2012 Randy set up Allegiant Actuarial to be able to provide his signature friendly and pragmatic actuarial service to a wide array of clients. The past decade has seen Randy and Allegiant Actuarial go from strength to strength.
Mr. Ross consults with property and casualty insurers, captive insurance companies, risk retention groups, reinsurers, and self-insured plans of all sizes and types. Mr. Ross is the appointed actuary for approximately 100 captive insurance companies, working in several domiciles throughout the US. He specializes in reserving, captive insurance, reinsurance accounting and risk transfer.
